  • How Do I Book?
    You can book On Line, Text, Call, Facebook and Instagram When contacting please can you provide: Your Name, Mobile, Email, Treatment and Date required. I will respond within 24 hours during business hours. When a date and time has been agreed I will send a official confirmation. On booking a booking fee will be requested and can be paid by bank transfer. Prior to the appointment you will receive a reminder and a photo showing location and address.
  • Do You Send Reminders?
    Yes 48 hours prior to your treatment. Please confirm by replying to the message.
  • How Do I Pay?
    I Take Cash, Card or Bank Transfer all transactions will be done prior to leaving.
  • Do You Have Pets & Toilet Facilities?
    We do not have pets. I do have a family bathroom upstairs, which if needed can be made available.
  • Where Do I Park?
    You can park on our drive or there is on street parking. If there is a car already on the drive please do not block in as it may be a client.
  • Have You Got COVID Procedures?
    Masks are optional, I will wear a mask on and off during the appointment if using my efile. Prior to treatment a nail brush and soap will be provided to clean behind your nails. All tools, desk, couch and equipment will be cleaned/disinfected between clients. If you do not feel well please let me know as soon as possible. I am working from my family home and safety is my priority.
  • Can I Bring A Guest / Children?
    Please come alone to your appointment No babies, children, friends, family, boyfriends or husbands. Bringing guests is against the rules stated in my insurance policy. Under 18's will have to have a parental person with them during the appointment.
  • How Do I Cancel?
    Life can change our plans very quickly please let me know as soon as you can if you no longer need your appointment. 48 Hours FREE 24 Hours 50% of the treatment fee On The Day 100% of the treatment fee If the cancellations are not paid no new appointments will be made.
  • Where Is Your Holistic Room?
    I carry out all my Holistic, Nails and Beauty Therapies in a private room at the back of my house, with direct access from the parking area.
  • How Long Do Your Treatments Take?
    Please allow yourself enough time. I pride myself on carrying out the best possible treatment. The times are stated on my website next to the treatment you require.
  • Who cannot have the Heel Peel Pedicure?
    The Heel Peel can be missed out of the treatment if: You use Roaccutane Bleeding Skin Sunburn Eczema Psoriasis Swelling Cuts & Abrasions Infections Verrucae Inflammation
  • Are there nuts in your products?
    The only product which contains nuts is the ELIM Cuticle MD, which is only sold as an extra I do not use this in my treatments.
  • Where Do I Get Changed For A Massage?
    I provide a privacy screen which is placed in position prior to you getting undressed. The screen is them removed when you are comfortable on the couch. During the treatment when you are asked to turn. the towel is held in a position where you have privacy. After the treatment the privacy screen is put back into place to allow you time to get fully dressed.
  • Do I Have To Remove My Clothes?
    No not for every treatment. The treatments which require you to undress to your underwear are the massage appointments. Privacy is a key factor and I do have privacy screens and towels. During a full body massage/Aromatherapy/Deep Tissue you are covered with a towel and blanket and only one area of the body is revealed at a time. Once the massage to that area is complete, it will be re covered. The seated back massage has an option to keep your clothes on if that is your preference.
  • What Health Issues Do I Need To Tell You About?
    Prior to the treatment a consultation form is filled in. Please be open and honest when filling this form in. This helps me give you the best treatment to suit you. If you are under a doctor or medical practitioner, please consult with them prior to your appointment. This gives clarification that the treatment you would like, will not effect your current treatment.
  • What Products Do You Use?
    I spend huge amounts of time researching products for all my treatments. I will only use the best products in my services to give you the bespoke experience you require.
